The funeral service will be held at St Mary Magdalene Church, Rusper on Friday 9th December 2022 at 11am, followed by a burial in the grounds of the church. We ask anyone attending to refrain from arriving before 10.30am to allow Molly’s girls and Ian to have a private goodbye. This is a beautiful small church close to the family home. In light of the limited space for the congregation, and our large families, we respectfully ask that attendance at the service in the morning is for family and close friends. We hope you understand this and we look forward to celebrating Molly's life with all that knew her in the afternoon at the Thanksgiving Service at The King's Centre, Chessington, 2.15pm service. For those attending straight from Rusper a light lunch will be provided at the King’s Centre so please feel free to come straight on. There will also be tea and cake after the afternoon service for all. Everyone is invited to The Shy Horse, Chessington later in the afternoon for food and drink.
Dress Code- Completely optional but Molly loved colour which would be welcomed.
On Molly’s request we ask that any donations be made to St Catherine’s Hospice due to the tremendous care and support they gave to her, Ian and the girls. For those attending the Rusper service and would like to bring flowers we would suggest bringing a single stem flower that will be lovingly tied together during the service to create one bouquet to be placed at the graveside.
